Joseph Cattin Cremant d'Alsace Grande Cuvee 750ML- Crémant is a category of French sparkling wines that are produced using the same traditional method as Champagne, yet from other regions, and often leaning on grapes other than the Big Three of the world's most famous bubbly (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier).
Blend of Pinot Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%)
Made according to the traditional method, Crémant Grande Cuvée is an exclusive vintage sparkling wine which was aged for more than 4 years.
Tasting notes
Appearance: bright gold; abundant and finre bubbles, forming a steadily up-rising stream.
Nose: fruity with toasty and nutty aromas.
Palate: deliciously dry; delicate brioche, subtly and fresh nutty; creamy and delightful bubbles; pleasant long-lasting finish. Crémant Grande Cuvée can be enjoyed alone as well as with a meal. It pairs particularly well with fish and seafood (especially with a grilled lobster).
