What does Thirst Offer?

Thirst offers a convenient way for you to shop for all your liquor needs. Select from a wide range of liquor products and beverages coming from multiple merchants on our platform.

Operating Hours

You can place orders any day and anytime, delivery options available from the specific merchant store you have ordered from will appear under the store details or upon reaching the shipping method page.

Payment Options

Thirst offers payment options via PayMongo. You can Pay via E-wallets or Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard and JCB)

Fees and Charges

A convenience fee of Php 15 is added to your cart upon check out.

Delivery Fee’s and Methods

Thirst offers multiple delivery options.

Standard Delivery - Within 48 hours of order placement. A delivery fee of Php 90 will be added upon selection of this method.

Same Day Delivery - Within 3 hours of order placement. A delivery fee of Php 130 will be added upon selection of this method.

Store Pickup - You may also opt to pick from store or book your own courier for this option. Pickup details will be provided in your order invoice, that you will receive via email for this option. Please note that Thirst is not responsible for any breakage, damage or loss that may occur by selecting this delivery method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not honor any returns. For refunds, Thirst will send you a refund document for the specific amount or item refunded via customer_service@thirst.com.ph.

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you were sent the wrong item by mistake.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through customer_service@thirst.com.ph.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund from a cancelled order yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at customer_service@thirst.com.ph.
