Description:Tasting notes: Ripe juicy red cherries, red raspberries, cherry tomatoes and new leather. whole black pepper corn, raw meat and dried herbs such as lavender, thyme and bay leaf. The nose is deep and dense.
In the palate: Ripe cherry fruit in the attack with a core of spice and herbs. Ripe tannins and refreshing acidity. Quite long finish with grainy tannins and dense ripe fruit lingering. Pairs well with barbecue, white meats, stews, cold meat, poultry and fat fish.
