Description:Stony Creek rose is made from Shiraz grapes and harvested in April. After the grape selection, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the wine. The beautiful deep color of the rosé wine is achieved by the skins remaining together with the must for up to 24 hours. Subsequently, the wine is corked and stored for a shorter time in tanks to get an increased density in the taste.
