Description:Aging: 3 months in amphora Tasting notes: Luminescent garnet hue with shimmering cherry red highlights. Portento Crianza opens with intense aromas of ripe fruit, roasted coffee and vanilla. The appealing bouquet leads to a rich palate where dark fruit flavors mingle with hints of spices and cocoa. This full bodied wine offers layers of juicy fruits framed by polished tannins with a hint of pepper spices. This results in a wine with a perfect balance. Serve in between 16ºC to 18ºC. Perfect for pairing with creamy cheeses, roasted meats, baked fish, rice and risottos (yes, paella too!). The wine is proudly produced by Bodegas Romero de Ávila Salcedo from La Solana, Castilla La Mancha in the heart of Spain. The family winery has 5 generations of winemaking experience dating back to the centuries. Throughout the years, they have carried on the tradition of aging their wines traditionally in ancient amphora vats that add to their wines body and fresh taste. Portento is a La Bodega exclusive!
