Description:The new Moritz 0.0 is a beer with no alcohol, and no sugar, with all the properties and flavour of beer. It maintains the body, flavour and characteristics of a beer; in a 100% healthy format. It starts as a fully fermented beer in which the yeast transforms all the sugars in the wort into alcohol and carbon dioxide. The alcohol is then evaporated at low temperature and low pressure.
