Description:LadyBug Organic Verdejo 750ML- A seductively fresh and slightly bitter organic white wine on the Spanish Verdejo grape. The grapes are grown locally on organically certified fields in a climate that is optimal for growing grapes. Harvesting is done mechanically during the night at the end of August. The must flows freely from the grapes before light pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. This refreshing Verdejo has a delicate, bright yellow color with greenish touches. The aroma is fresh with notes of grass and fruit. The taste is well balanced with fresh notes of freshly cut grass and green apples. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and persistent. Serve Ladybug Verdejo with seafood, starters and tapas or try it with soup or pasta dishes. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
