Description:LadyBug Organic Tempranillo 750ML- A seductive and fruity organic wine on the Spanish Tempranillo grape. The grapes are grown locally on organically certified fields in a climate that is optimal for growing grapes. Harvesting takes place both mechanically and manually during the day, when the grapes are fully ripe. After de-steming, the grapes are lightly pressed and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24ºC in stainless steel tanks, where the must is pumped over daily. The maceration phase is short, and the malolactic fermentation also takes place on stainless steel tanks. Inviting red color in the glass and a pleasant scent of licorice and mulberry. The taste is fresh and fruity with notes of dark berries and herbs and a persistent, full-bodied aftertaste. Serve Ladybug Tempranillo with blue cheese, grilled meat or other dishes with meat. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
