Description:Made from 100% Monastrell, and exclusively vinified in steel tanks, the wine is fresh and fruity in its expression – and 100% organic. Dark red in the glass, the aroma is filled with notes of dried flowers, wild berries, ripe cherries and Mediterranean spices. The taste is full with notes of ripe cherries, sour currants, dark blackberries and dried spices. The aftertaste is long with a good structure with ripe tannins and a nice mineral finish. Perfect for dishes with poultry, vegetables, barbecue, tapas etc.
