Description:It is Argentina’s emblematic white grape variety, which reaches its highest expression in this region, with a unique microclimate at 1,700 meters, considered the ideal altitude for the variety. Thanks to the wide thermal amplitude, intense solar exposure, and distinctive terroir, the wines achieve a unique aromatic expression that sets them apart from those of other regions, characterized by great freshness and excellent acidity. Hand-harvested. Cold fermentation at 12 °C. Aged for two months in stainless steel tanks in contact with fine lees. No oak influence.
