Description:Chateau Palais Cardinal 2016 750ML- 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc Palais Cardinal was originally the name given to a 12th century palace in Saint Emilion. The vineyard of Chateau Palais Cardinal has been in existence since 1843. Chateau’s aim is to create fine wines whilst maintaining full respect both for the environment and the winemaking traditions of the Bordeaux region. Excellent grape varieties constituting of 75% Merlot (which provides intense color, a good alcoholic strength and flexibility), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon (giving spicy notes, bringing structure and power complexity) and 5% Cabernet Franc (for aromatic finesse, good tannic structure and a real development potential and aging).
