Description:The Carallan Albariño comes from autochthonous vines that adapt very well to the granite and clay soils, which combined with the microclimate of the area and ancestral coupages, make them unique.
The vineyard is located in A. Almuiña, is oriented to the south and delimited by the Miño River. Its grounds are sandy enough to drain heavy rains.
Tasting notes: Very clean and bright lemon yellow with prominent greenish hues. Aroma of pronounced intensity, varietal and marked complexity, good floral notes (white flower, magnolia) that stand out over a mixture of fruits such as reinette apple, pear and mandarin. It stands out for its harmony, all the aromatic complexity of the nose reappears together with a wide, persistent mouthfeel and a very refreshing acidity in the aftertaste. Pairs well with all kinds of seafood, fish, rice and japanese cuisine.
