Description:Atilius Superiore is the finest expression of prosecco, produced in a small, centuries-old hamlet of Northern Italy and honoured with the country’s most prestigious status Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Using 100% Glera grapes with no ageing and a fermentation of 10 – 15 days at 28- 30°C in a stainless steel tank this wine produces a bouquet of yellow flowers, mowed hay and green fields. The palate shows pear, citrus, white flowers and pineapple. Easily paired with antipasti, prosciutto, seafood and fruity desserts.
