Description:This first edition to the Ultimate Ardbeg's range is a combination of spirit aged in Pedro-Ximenez sherry casks and bourbon barrels and married in a French-oak marrying vat ,the result is a delectable smoky dram with essences of dark chocolate, butterscotch, and black pepper that goes into a strong combination of flavor that goes well with the Ardbeg trademark peat. This singlemalt whisky was released in 2017 for Ardbeg embassies and whisky specialists only, and until now the bottles released are still limited.
